The Customer agrees that CAMPAIGNSWELL may engage Sub-Processors to Process the Data on behalf of the Customer. CAMPAIGNSWELL will remain responsible for each Sub-Processor’s compliance with the obligations of this Policy and for any acts or omissions of such Sub-Processor that cause CAMPAIGNSWELL to breach any of its obligations under this Policy.

DATA SHARING
