How to integrate Disputeur with Campaignswell

Before you start

Contact your Disputeur account manager and request API access. They will create a technical user for you with the necessary credentials.

Step 1. Create a technical user in Disputeur

Ask your Disputeur manager to create a technical user with API access for your account. You will receive:

• Login (email)
• Password

⚠️ Note: You cannot create this user yourself in the Disputeur interface. This can be done by Disputeur support.

Step 2. Add credentials to Campaignswell

1. Go to Integrations → Disputeur in Campaignswell
2. Fill in the following fields:
   
   • Name — any name you prefer (e.g., your company name)
   • Login — the email provided by Disputeur
   • Password — the password provided by Disputeur
3. Click Save

Step 3. Confirm with Campaignswell

Once you've added the credentials, let your CSM know. We'll verify the integration on our side and confirm that data is syncing correctly.

What data will be synced:

• Chargeback alerts and disputes
• RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution) data
• Transaction statuses
