How to Integrate FunnelsGrove with Campaignswell
FunnelsGrove is a funnel builder with built-in payments. Once connected, Campaignswell receives leads, subscriptions and payments from your funnels. You can then see revenue and conversions next to your ad spend.
1. Find your SDK Secret Key
Open your project in FunnelsGrove and go to Project Settings. Copy the SDK Secret Key. We use it to read users and transactions, and to verify webhooks.
Keep this key private. If you rotate it later, the webhook signing key changes too. Send the new key to us so we can update the connection.
2. Add the integration in Campaignswell
Choose FunnelsGrove as a monetization integration.
Fill in two fields:
- Name: any label you like, for example “FunnelsGrove main”.
- SDK Secret Key: the key from step 1.
3. Add the webhook in FunnelsGrove
In Project Settings, add a new HTTPS webhook endpoint. Paste the webhook URL from Campaignswell Product Catalog. Select these events:
lead.capturedsubscription.activatedsubscription.trialingsubscription.activesubscription.renewedsubscription.cancel_scheduledsubscription.endedpayment.succeeded
All FunnelsGrove project webhooks use API version v2, so there is nothing extra to choose.
What we receive
- Leads: when a user submits an email in the funnel, together with quiz answers if they exist.
- Subscriptions: trial start, activation, renewals, scheduled cancellations and the end of a subscription.
- Payments: one-time payments and paid subscription invoices. A checkout that was opened but not paid does not count.
Refunds and failed payments are not sent by FunnelsGrove in v2, so they will not appear in Campaignswell from this source.
Check that it works
Create a test lead or a test payment in your funnel. It should show up in Campaignswell shortly. For a full check, follow Post-integration data check.
If something does not show up, write to your CSM. We are happy to help.
