How to Integrate Adapty Custom Events with Campaignswell

Step 1. Open Webhook Settings

In your Adapty Dashboard, go to:
Integrations → Webhook

Step 2. Add Webhook URL

Paste the Production endpoint URL from the Campaignswell Product Catalog (Adapty)

⚠️ Multiple apps under one Adapty project: If your iOS and Android apps are connected under a single Adapty project, create one webhook in Campaignswell UI using the multiselect - choose both platforms (iOS and Android) in the same webhook configuration.

If each platform is a separate Adapty project, create two separate webhooks - one per platform.

Step 3. Leave Authorization Header Empty

Leave the “Authorization header value for production endpoint” field blank

Step 4. Select Webhook Options

Check the following options:

  • ✅ Exclude historical data
  • ✅ Send trial price
  • ✅ Send attribution
  • ✅ Send user attributes

Step 5. Select Events

Choose All Events to ensure full coverage

Step 6. Save

Click “Save” to activate the webhook

⚠️ If Adapty is already connected to App Store, follow the steps: 

  1. Open Adapty Dashboard
  2. Go to the “App settings”
  3. Add Apple Webhook URL (from Campaignswell) to the “URL for forwarding raw Apple events” field:
